Much like a pod of whales, our hosts form a chosen family/support network/creative team. The podcast name originates from the original “Pod”, but that time has passed. Things change and we adapt and use those lessons to inspire new content!

As a life and relationship coach for members of the Polyamory, BDSM, Chronic Pain, and LGBTQIA+ communities, Chastain focuses on helping others live authentically. They’re a mindfulness and tantra practitioner who likes to talk about sex, self-care, and hurting people consensually. Chastain’s pandemic work has included a heavy focus on becoming trauma-informed, delving deeper into grief work, and volunteering in their role as Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
